Question do I need additional tools to prepare this kava tea or do I just mix in water? Also I would like one for socializing feel happy and energetic and another one to help relax and sleep at night which one would you recommend first time user do you sell the oil as well I believe this is easier to use and carry with you.

I’d really just like to know how many servings, of say, micronized Kava are there per ounce. “Tablespoons” are not very helpful. Thank you

I don’t believe only “drugs” can be expressed in milligrams. So how many milligrams of micronized Kava are in a tablespoon (depending on size of your tablespoon)? I prefer a standardized and more accurate way of measurement than a tablespoon, as I’m not using it in a cooking recipe.

I’ve tried many things from anxiety depressant medication both over the counter and with alternative herbs, I’ve had alcohol, weed, Kratom, and the list goes on. The top best thing I’ve tried that actually makes me happy naturally without drugging me has been Kava. I like that you can have daytime Kava which helps you be focused and productive and a Kava for end of day nighttime sleep and relaxation.

Hi Rachel,
Yes, we have all the varieties available in Micronized / Instant Kava that we do in Traditional Kava. The more sedating ones would be Borongoru, Melomelo and Vula Waka.
