My first Kava, so take this review for what it is. I hate taking drugs or alcohol but this fits my needs perfectly, and allows me to relax without feeling any way too strongly.

I’ve tried all the instant versions and this is my favorite for several reasons. The flavor is lighter, I might it with various crystal lights and it’s delightful. It’s quite heady and great for winding down after a stressful day. It’s not the best for sleep, I go to borogoru for that. But this stuff is great.

I want to Love this.instant kava, however, although the taste is good, my stomach does not seem to appreciate it. Is it me? I like the micronized on digestion better;)
I wonder if I’m just a traditional medium ground girl!

A little pricey but very quick and easy. Careful how much and often though. Your skin will start shedding. I guess I like it too much…

Great kava, needed about 5-6 servings within an 1hr-1.5hrs to feel strong effects. 2 servings got me very relaxed and anxiety free.

This is helping me transition to no alcohol much more easily. I want to take some time away from alcohol to see how I feel. Normally I am a social drinker and but recently, I got into the habit of having a drink (or a couple) to calm my nerves after work. Now that I am living on my own, I don’t have the same anxieties I had before so having a drink during the week is a waste of life. I had a Christmas party this weekend and I was able to keep my alcohol consumption down and still feel relaxed and social. It was so nice to wake up without a hangover! Kava is also majorly helpful with my anxiety in general. This one doesn’t knock me over or anything. It gives me a calm and confident energy.

This is some good Instant. For the price, quality, and quantity, you can’t beat it. Great at night after a long day, or a small serving in the morning for some anxiety relief. I’ve tried other instants when KWK is out of stock, and they do not compare.
