I’ve been a Kava fan for several years and a Kalm with Kava costumer for just as long. I really prefer the micronized powder over the regular because it’s faster and easier. The Lia Waka is my go to for relaxing and to help me with anxiety caused by PTSD. It works for me and it is a daily part of my self-help routine. Much better than prescription and nonprescription medications.

I take a tbsp and a half after work and this stuff is great. It has a decent potency and good price. Easy to mix and effective.

Definitely stronger than the others I’ve tried. I think next time I’ll just take 1/2 Tbsp during the day instead of the recommended 1 Tbsp serving; it’s pretty sedating! Great mood-boosting effects too though, which is mainly what I’m after. Can’t decide if I like this or the Pouni Ono better for that but I highly recommend trying this one!

Definitely stronger than the other Kalm kavas I’ve tried. Next time, I think I’ll only take 1/2 Tbsp during the day rather than the full Tbsp serving size. It’s pretty sedating! But still gives a nice mood boost. Can’t decide whether I like the mood boost from this or the Pouni Oni better. Highly recommend trying this one though. Great alternative to alcohol.

Just tried micronized loa waka for the first time I put 1 tbsp in my drink it hit in less then 10 minutes I feel very tranquil and mellow I’m gonna wait about a half hour and take another tbsp should feel very nice…

Micronized Kava has been a life saver for me. The Loa Waka has works best. I also love the mints. After depending on alcohol for a few years, this has helped me to stop. I am very thankful.
