In reply to Sledge. Yes, provided your drinking sessions are spaced apart. Allow yourself time to feel the effects each time and between sessions as kava effects can take 30 minutes to kick-in and roll out slowly.

I am new to Kava and am trying several different options you offer. My question is, can I put the Micronized Kava Extract or the regular powered Kava ( used for tea) in to a capsule and get the same effects? I am better at just swallowing a capsule than making a drink. Thanks for your help.
