Finally felt something from kava. Definitely recommend. Not an overwhelming feeling, but definitely hits (make definitely sure its been at least 3 hours, preferably like 4 or 5 since you’ve eaten. I had to have multiple servings. no joke, like 5 or 6. it really depends on the person. once you are feeling the effects, you can eat).

I took half of the serving and have a very relaxing body high from this. A melt into the couch kind of feel. Slows thoughts down and clears your mind, putting you into a peaceful zone. Probably better for evening to night then in the afternoon.

everyone who talks about kava helping them quit drinking alcohol is right on the money…i had my last drink about 1.5 years ago, and kava (from kalm w/kava) has been a godsend. props to everyone who made the switch to this far-less-toxic alternative. there is no amount of kava that will turn you into an asshole – unlike the firewater!

Micronized kava is great for when you’re on the go or just want to whip some up quickly. I love KWK’s micronized. My personal favorite is the Borogu for sure.

I like kava, it calms me and helps me a lot. I don’t drink and smoke anymore, thanks to kava.

Absolutely love the Microionized Borogu! I put two tablespoons in COLD water to help with the taste. Microionized or not kava tastes nasty to me, but I don’t drink it for the taste. Although, I have found if you put a tablespoon in coconut milk with some chocolate or caramel it tastes pretty good, but that extra sugar gets me panicky. Your results may vary. I then mix it, take a deep breath, chug the jungle juice, and chase it with coconut milk. As someone else said then wait for the fireworks start. It kicks in full strength at around 30 minutes and ride that out for almost an hour and I’ll take another tablespoon and be good for the evening. Kava has been a life saver for me and I’ve been able to cut out alcohol completely.

Absolutely amazing stuff! I started with the capsules from Amazon and no way do they compare to this. I started with micronized sample pack so I could try a variety. I am truly amazed at how well they all work. Pouni Ono is fantastic for daytime use. It is a euphoric feeling with a sense of clarity. Great for work and getting things done. Borogu and Loa Waka are excellent for unwinding and totally relaxing. I will be reordering again, thanks Kalm with Kava:)

I tried valu waka first, and it didn’t quite give me the effect I wanted. I got some borgoru and wow! A little goes a long way. Perfect for what I wanted.
