I was going through a difficult time, especially after the death of my father. Kava really changed my life. I will highly recommend it for anyone looking for a non-alcoholic drink. But still looking for something that can relax the body and ease the mind after a hard day. Or just simply have something to help you chill and take the edge off.

The flavor isn’t as good as the premium Tongan Pouni Ono. However, it is definitely worth the price and I would certaintly buy the budget option again.
