I see water extracted on some and not extracted on others. What is the difference and why? I’m starting to understand some of this. How do I know if the kava is quality, without other parts of the plants being ground into it?

Hello barteealesha,
We would recommend trying the Borogu or Loa Waka.

Our most popular would be the Pouni Ono Tonga Kava. Other favorites are the Samoan Ava and Loa Waka Fiji Kava 👍

The Borogu comes in around 8% total kavalactones routinely so 2.5 grams or about 2 teaspoons should be equal to 200mg of kavalactones.

Asking because I didn’t see any kavalactone percentage listed on the page for that micronized variety. Thanks!

Pouni Ono is best suited for daytime use as it has the least tiring effects and is a great social kava as well. Borogu is the most popular variety of Vanuatu and is considered a good afternoon kava as tiring effects are more pronounced with higher doses. Loa Waka is the strongest variety we carry and very popular all around effects. Borongoru is our most afternoon/evening type of kava that is great for stress, anxiety, and sleep. All 4 offer the clear headed calm Kava is known for and verified to be 100% Noble through True Kava Labs.

They also have amazing kava that would impress anyone especially their Pouni Ono.
