I am relatively new to Kava, or at least to high quality noble kava like KWK sells. So far I am a big fan of the micronized Borongoru for anxiety and muscular tension/spasms, I would love to try more varieties in the future!

I’m looking for better ways to treat my body in 2018, I became a vegetarian 6 months ago and quit caffeine, I’m trying to quit smoking after 37 yrs of the habit & hope to kick it 3 for 3 by the end of 2017. Kava is one of my favorite ways to relax, I recently started using kava and have heard that kalm with kava is the best brand. I would love to try out a sample pack to best figure out which of their products I like the most.
